WE Insure Florida was formed by Philip Visali (CEO/ President) who began his career as a captive agent in Sarasota Florida.  After years as a captive agent, Philip decided he wanted to become his own boss.  He didn’t want the limitations that came along with being a captive agent.  However, opening an Independent Agency became challenging due to the fact no one would appoint a new independent agent regardless of prior insurance sales experience.  After years of building his own book and gaining a number of appointments, Phil formed WE Insure Florida in hopes to create the premier independent agency model throughout Florida.  After Phil and Director of Marketing, Chris Ferry launched the “Join Team WE” Campaign the model exploded becoming an instant success, a hybrid, A New Era of Insurance. WE Insure Florida’s agent friendly Template has grown drastically since the launching of the “Join Team WE” campaign. The agency group has grown statewide.
